PHD APPOINTS JOSIE LIM TO HELM MALAYSIA OPERATIONS

Malaysia, September 23, 2009 – Omnicom Media Group’s PHD today announced the
appointment of Josie Lim as Chief Operating Officer of PHD Malaysia. Reporting in to Andreas
Vogiatzakis, Managing Director of Omnicom Media Group Malaysia, Josie, who previously helmed
WMD Malaysia, will succeed Law Chan Keong.

Commenting on the new appointment, Andreas said: “At Omnicom Media Group, we believe in
